[目的]观察旋覆代赭汤联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组40例奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d。治疗组40例旋覆代赭汤(旋覆花包煎9g,代赭石6g,生姜15g,半夏9g,党参、炙甘草各6g,大枣4枚),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、24h食管pH值、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈23例,显效15例,无效2例,总有效率96.32%。对照组治愈15例,显效17例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。24h食管p H值两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]旋覆代赭汤联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 [Objective] To observe the curative effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined with omeprazole on reflux esophagitis.
