微课作为一种新型教学资源,可以将零碎的知识点通过图像、语言、动画等多种媒体方式展现出来,是传统教学资源的一种重要补充,具有灵活性、开放性、及时性。微课在初中英语课堂的应用,可以极大地改善传统课堂单一的教学模式,激发学生学习的主动性,增强学生自主探究能力。通过分析微课的概念与发展背景、在初中英语课堂发挥的作用以及微课在初中英语课堂的应用,有利于教师更好地认识并合理使用微课资源,提高学生英语学习素质。
As a new type of teaching resources, micro-class teaching can display fragmentary knowledge points in various media such as images, languages and animations. It is an important supplement to traditional teaching resources and has the advantages of flexibility, openness and timeliness. The application of micro-class in junior high school English classroom can greatly improve the single teaching mode in traditional classroom, stimulate the initiative of students and enhance students’ self-exploration ability. By analyzing the concept and development background of micro-class, the role of micro-class in English class and the application of micro-class in junior high school English class help teachers better understand and use micro-class resources better and improve their English learning quality.
