2005年6月中下旬,闽江流域发生特大洪水。该文分析并总结了该场洪水的实际调度过程。本次防洪调度利用水情测报系统的雨情信息和洪水预报成果对洪水的不确定性和上下游的防洪问题进行了深入的分析研究。通过实时调度,池潭水库削峰1920 m3/s,水口水库削峰3500m3/s,大大减轻了下游的防洪压力,库水位控制在合理范围之内,实现了科学、优化调度,取得很好的效果,得到福建省领导和国家防总领导的高度赞赏。
In late June 2005, an extraordinarily large flood occurred in the Minjiang River Basin. This paper analyzes and summarizes the actual scheduling process of the flood. This flood control dispatch made use of the rainfall information and flood forecast results of hydrological forecasting system to make an in-depth analysis on the uncertainty of flood and the flood control problems both upstream and downstream. Through real-time dispatching, the peak load of 1920 m3 / s in Chi-Tan reservoir and the peak load of 3500 m3 / s in Shuikou Reservoir have greatly reduced the flood control pressure downstream, and the control of reservoir water level is within a reasonable range, achieving scientific and optimal operation and achieving good Effect, highly praised by the leaders of Fujian Province and the national defense leaders.
