行进间投篮,由于学生运球、接球能力差,协调性不好,经常出现如下问题:徒手练习时做对了,持球练习时却做错了;跨步、接球不连贯,不能同时进行;上、下肢配合不协调等。我在多年的教学实践中,采用“划线、标字”教学法,收到了良好的效果,大大缩短了学生掌握这种技术的学习时间。现向大家作一介绍。1.学生体操队形站立,模仿老师做跨步接球,上步起跳,腾空投篮的徒手练习,体会“一大、二小、三高跳”的技术要领。
