2型糖尿病患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶与胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

目的探讨T2DM患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)与IR的相关性。方法选取T2DM患者296例,根据血清γ-GT水平分为4组,分别检测各组一般资料及生化指标。结果随血清γ-GT升高,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)也相应升高,γ-GT 21~40、41~100、>100mmol/L组HOMAIR较γ-GT≤20mmol/L组升高[(3.55±1.24)vs(4.50±2.11),(5.53±2.79),(5.89±2.62)](P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,BMI、FPG、FIns、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C和HOMA-IR为血清γ-GT的影响因素。结论血清γ-GT在一定程度上可反应T2DM患者IR程度。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) and IR in T2DM patients. Methods Twenty-six patients with T2DM were selected and divided into 4 groups according to the level of serum γ-GT. The general data and biochemical indexes of each group were detected. Results HOMA-IR increased with the increase of serum γ-GT, HOMAIR in γ-GT 21-40, 41-100,> 100mmol / L group was higher than that in γ-GT≤20mmol / L group [(3.55 ± 1.24) vs (4.50 ± 2.11), (5.53 ± 2.79) and (5.89 ± 2.62), respectively (P <0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI, FPG, FIns, HbA1c, TG, TC, LDL-C and HOMA-IR were the influencing factors of serum γ-GT. Conclusion Serum γ-GT can reflect the degree of IR in T2DM patients to a certain extent.
