研究了盐度、p H和温度对黄鳍鲷 Sparuslatus( Houttuyn)、平鲷 Rhabdosargussarba( Forskal)、黑鲷 Sparus macro-cephalus( Basilewsky)和真鲷 pagrosomusmajor( Temminck et Schlegel) 4种鲷科鱼类精子活力的影响 ,比较了南海区 4种鲷科鱼类精子对盐度、p H和温度的适应性 ,探讨了 4种鲷科鱼类的精子激活条件与其生态习性的关系。
The effects of salinity, pH and temperature on the abundance of four species of ichthyosaurs (Sparus latus, Houttuyn, Rhabdosargussarba, Sparus macrocephalus) and Pagrosomus major (Temminck et Schlegel) Vitality of four species of seabream in the South China Sea to compare salinity, p H and temperature adaptability of the four kinds of spat fish sperm activation conditions and its ecological habits. The minimum salinity required for sperm activation of yellowfin snapper, red snapper, black snapper and red sea bream was 8,1 0,> 8,> 10, respectively; the optimum salinity for activation was 2 1, 2, 2 5,25. Under the condition of high salt (salinity 40), the sperm of the yellowfin blue snapper had the strongest adaptability and the highest sperm motility, followed by the sperm of the black sea bream and the red sea bream. The least adaptable. The results of the observation of the activity of spermatophyes of the yellow fin snapper, the red snapper, the black snapper and the red sea bream in seawater with different p H values show that the sperms of the four species mentioned above have a wide range of adaptation to p H, The optimal p H values needed were 7.8, 8.0, 8.0,> 8.0. The optimum temperatures for sperm activation of ichthyoplankton, black sea bream and red sea bream were 20.2 ℃, 20.6 ℃ and 1 8.8 ℃, respectively. The salinity, p H and temperature conditions required for the sperm activation of the four species mentioned above are closely related to their ecological habits.
