作者报告Bellevue医院,自1935年—1952年确诊为儿童精神分裂症患者100例的预后追踪,73年报告时患者的年龄已达25—50岁。诊断为精神分裂症时的年龄为2岁半至12岁。80名男孩,20名女孩。32例起病于2岁以内,表现为孤独症。27例发病于2—3岁半,28例发病于3岁半至8岁。13例发病于9至11岁。本文报告时其中63例住在慢性疗养院(8例已死亡),37例保持了一定的社会适应能力。作者通过这100例资料的分析,认为发病及预后与患者的文化、经济条件、种族及家庭环境无明显的关系。100例患者亲属中共发现215例有精神疾病者—86例属重大精神病,129例属人格障碍。在100
The authors report the prognostic follow-up of Bellevue Hospital, a 100-patient schizophrenia diagnosed between 1935 and 1952, and patients aged 25-50 years at the 73-year report. The age at diagnosis of schizophrenia is 2 years and a half to 12 years old. 80 boys, 20 girls. 32 cases of onset within 2 years of age, manifested as autism. 27 cases of onset in 2-3 years and a half, 28 cases of onset in 3 years and a half to 8 years old. 13 cases of onset in 9 to 11 years old. Of the 63 reported in this report, they were living in chronic nursing homes (8 deaths) and 37 remained socially adaptive. The author through these 100 cases of data analysis, that the incidence and prognosis and patient’s culture, economic conditions, race and family environment no obvious relationship.
