根据采煤机实际工作环境,提出了顶板自然r射线在穿透顶煤后按加权指数函数衰减的观点,在此基础上导出了指导煤岩界面识别的测报方程,提出通过3次标定确定煤层的线衰减系数,更接近实际参数。现场实验表明,提出的方法与以往基于简单指数衰减函数的测报方法相比精度大为提高,实验中出现的最大误差为50mn,同时,该方法具有在薄顶煤条件下测报精度高、可靠的特点,适合我国不留顶煤或少留顶煤的采煤工艺要求。为开发适合我国煤矿使用要求的煤岩界面识别传感器提供了理论依据。
