价值工程是研究产品成本、价值,综合产品性能、时间、经济指标,提高产品经济效益的学科,是系统工程的一个分支。第二次世界大战以来,美、欧、日推行几十年,发展迅速,收效显著。在我国,提高企业、事业生产、研制、工作的经济效益,是个十分突出的问题。在导弹武器系统的研制工作中,提高可靠性、降低成本、缩短周期是急待解决的问题。因此,很有推广价值工程的必要。本文仅对价值工程作一简单介绍,对导弹武器系统研制中的部分总体性的价值工程问题作初步分析,介绍国外导弹武器系统研制中价值工程的部分资料供参考,以期引起注意,促进价值工程的研究。由于篇幅有限,不能充分展开讨论。作者水平低,经验不足,文中难免有不妥之处,望批评指正。
Value engineering is a branch of system engineering that studies the product cost, value, comprehensive product performance, time, economic index and product economic benefit. Since the Second World War, the United States, Europe and Japan have been implementing for decades, developing rapidly and achieving remarkable results. In our country, it is a very prominent issue to raise the economic efficiency of enterprises, undertakings, research and work. In the development of missile weapon systems, improving reliability, reducing costs and shortening the cycle are urgent problems to be solved. Therefore, it is very necessary to promote value engineering. This article only makes a brief introduction to the value engineering and makes a preliminary analysis of the part of the overall value engineering problems in the development of the missile weapon system. It also introduces some of the materials for the value engineering in the development of the foreign missile weapon system for reference for the purpose of attracting attention and promoting value engineering Research. Due to limited space, we can not fully discuss. The author’s level is low, lack of experience, the article is inevitable that something wrong, hope to criticism and correction.
