本文主要是对旅游企业的劳动保障制度的完善以及发展进行了探讨。本文先从对于员工的基本薪酬保障方面的不足,以及员工的各项培训和能力提升平台不足这两个方面,分析了旅游企业的劳动保障制度的现有问题,然后从旅游企业需要更注重对员工的薪酬福利保障、对于旅游企业员工的自我发展平台拓展两个方面,对旅游企业的劳动保障制度的改善进行了思考。
This article mainly discusses the improvement and development of the labor and social security system for tourism enterprises. This article first analyzes the existing problems of the labor and social security system for tourism enterprises from the shortcomings of the basic salary guarantee for the employees and the lack of various training and capacity enhancement platforms for the employees, and then from the tourism enterprises need to pay more attention to The compensation and welfare of employees are extended to two aspects of the self-development platform of tourism enterprise employees, and the improvement of the labor security system of tourism enterprises is considered.
