双离合变速器车传动系统撞击声建模与仿真

基于AMESim仿真平台,建立某双离合变速器车型传动系统全阶撞击声模型,并通过试验验证了模型的精度。分析在4挡急踩油门工况下,传动系统各间隙的撞击声响应,发现非承载零部件也是冲击的主要贡献部件。通过分析系统部件的运动关系,确定潜在影响参数,得出各参数对系统撞击声的影响。最终结果表明,发动机转矩是系统撞击声最主要的影响参数,控制发动机转矩上升斜率是降低撞击声的重要手段。
