班组是企业组织生产经营活动的基本单位,是企业的细胞,也是企业一切工作的落脚点。随着社会经济环境的不断发展变化,矿山企业在组织结构、员工素质、管理模式、生产方式都发生天翻地覆的改变;同时,班组的运行方式、任务目标和管理方式也发生了深刻的改变。这些新的变化为矿山企业班组建设带来了挑战,要求班组建设与管理必须走出传统,形成与新情况相适应的新的工作模式。笔者根据多年工作经验,结合矿山企业工作实际,归纳提炼出“6+1”
Team is the basic unit of business organization and production activities, business cells, but also the foothold of all the work of enterprises. With the constant development and changes of the social and economic environment, the mining enterprises have undergone tremendous changes in their organizational structure, staff quality, management mode and production mode. At the same time, profound changes have taken place in the operation mode, mission objectives and management methods of the team. These new changes have posed challenges for the construction of the team in the mining enterprises. It is necessary for the construction and management of the team to go out of tradition and form a new working mode that suits the new situation. According to many years of work experience, combined with the actual work of mining enterprises, the author summarizes the “6 +1”
