我院自1981年以来应用血液透析技术治疗22例因各种心脏病所致顽固性充血性心力衰竭合并急性肾衰患者,收到了满意的疗效。现报告如下:临床资料一、一般资料本组22例中男性13例,女性9例,年龄24岁～62岁。风湿性心脏瓣膜病7例,高血压性心脏病5例,肺心病7例,心肌病2例,妊娠高血压综合征1例。本组特点为三度心衰,少尿～无尿平均17天(4天～50
