目的探讨哮喘儿童痰液嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白 ( ECP)和肿瘤坏死因子 -α( TNF -α)含量的变化及其关系。方法采用 pharmacia UniCAP检测系统和双抗体夹心 ELISA法对 2 5例哮喘患儿急性发作期及 19例治疗后诱导痰液 ECP和 TNF-α水平进行检测。结果哮喘发作期痰液 ECP( 78.6 8± 5 3.95 )μg/L和 TNF-α( 99.44± 32 .93) ng/L,水平明显高于治疗后 ECP:( 2 2 .5 4± 15 .83)μg/L;TNF -α:( 6 5 .42± 2 7.0 1) ng/L ,差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1)。痰液 TNF-α和 ECP两者之间存在显著正相关 r急性期 =0 .475 5 ;r治疗后 =0 .4943。结论 ECP和 TNF-α参与哮喘的发生发展 ,在哮喘发病机制中起重要作用
Objective To investigate the changes of sputum eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in asthmatic children and their relationship. Methods Pharmacia UniCAP detection system and double antibody sandwich ELISA were used to detect the levels of ECP and TNF-α in sputum from 25 acute asthmatic children and 19 post-treatment sputum. Results The levels of sputum ECP (78.6 8 ± 5 3.95) μg / L and TNF-α (99.44 ± 32.93) ng / L were significantly higher than those after treatment in the asthma exacerbation period (2 2 .5 4 ± 15 .83 ) μg / L; TNF-α: (6 5 .42 ± 2 7.0 1) ng / L, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Sputum TNF-α and ECP there is a significant positive correlation between the two acute phase = 0. 475 5; r after treatment = 0.9494. Conclusions ECP and TNF-α are involved in the development of asthma and play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma
