高位颈髓损伤后患者自主呼吸功能丧失，病人需长期行气管切开、机械通气完成呼吸运动以维持生命。笔者设想用副神经移位缝接膈神经重建膈肌运动功能。为了从解剖上证实副神经移位膈神经重建高位颈髓损伤大鼠呼吸功能的可行性，本文对大鼠副神经及膈神经进行了分段显微解剖与观测，同时将副神经及其各分支的直径与膈神经主干的直径进行比较，并测量副神经及其分支与膈神经主干起始部的距离。
