选用唇形科植物夏枯草花粉为材料,通过在离体条件下花粉的萌发来探讨夏枯草花粉萌发的最适条件。以10%H3BO4,30%Ca(NO3)2,20%MgSO4,10%KNO3配制成无机盐溶液为基本培养基,统计不同相对分子质量的PEG,不同浓度的蔗糖,不同pH和不同温度条件以及不同采集时间下花粉萌发率的情况。夏枯草花粉萌发的最适液体培养条件是:10%H3BO4+30%Ca(NO3)2+20%MgSO4+10%KNO3+25%PEG-4000,pH在6.5左右,刚刚开花时采集的花粉在此条件下花粉萌发率最高。
The Labiatae pollen was selected as the material, and the optimum conditions for pollen germination of Prunella vulgaris were explored through the germination of the pollen under the condition of exudation. The basic medium was prepared with 10% H3BO4, 30% Ca (NO3) 2, 20% MgSO4 and 10% KNO3 as inorganic salt solution. The PEG with different molecular weight, sucrose at different concentrations, different pH and different temperature conditions Pollen germination rate under different collection time. The optimal liquid culture conditions of Prunella vulgaris pollen germination are as follows: 10% H3BO4 + 30% Ca (NO3) 2 + 20% MgSO4 + 10% KNO3 + 25% PEG- 4000 at pH 6.5, Pollen germination rate was highest under this condition.
