在现浇混凝土框架结构绑扎梁、柱钢筋、支模板及浇筑混凝土的过程中,由于施工人员的不慎,有时会使梁、柱受力钢筋偏离正确位置,不能充分发挥作用。一、原因分析1.现浇框架结构梁、柱受力钢筋的直径一般比较粗,单根钢筋自重大。因钢筋绑扎方法不合理,绑扣不牢固,受力钢筋在自重及外力碰击、振动下偏离正确位置。梁上部受力钢筋就会出现图1a 所示的现象,柱受力钢筋会出现图1b 所示的现象。
