本文叙述了为解决通讯中断问题而设计的平板雾化试验的实验方法、设备及初步的实验结果。讨论了液体射流注入高温高速气流后破碎的情况及破碎后液滴的运动轨迹、雾化区域。研究了液滴运动轨迹和气流参数、注入液体的压力及注入喷嘴的直径等参数的关系。最后介绍了液滴运动轨迹的计算方法,并和实验结果作了比较。
This article describes the experimental method, equipment and preliminary experimental results of the flat-panel atomization test designed to solve the communication interruption problem. The situation of liquid jet impinging after high-temperature and high-speed airflow is broken and the movement trajectory and atomizing area of the droplet after the fracturing are discussed. The relationship between the trajectories of the droplets and the parameters of the gas flow, the pressure of the injected liquid and the diameter of the injection nozzle was studied. Finally, the calculation method of droplet trajectory is introduced and compared with the experimental results.
