对二三线女子举重运动员的训练,必须考虑其生理和心理的特殊性,尤其是例假期间的生理和心理的变化。本人通过实践,摸索了一套行之有效的方法,提供给同仁,相互交流,进一步提高女子举重运动员的运动水平。
The training of second and third-line women’s weightlifters must take into account the particularity of their physical and psychological characteristics, especially the changes in their physical and psychological conditions during the holidays. Through practice, I have explored a set of effective ways to provide my colleagues with mutual exchange to further enhance the level of women’s weightlifters.
