1、测定了大白鼠在电针刺后丘脑内乙酰胆碱含量的变化,测定的方法是用蟾蜍腹直肌法测定丘脑提取液中氯化乙酰胆碱等值含量(微克/克)。 2、对照组大白鼠丘脑中乙酰胆碱含量的平均值为2.675±0.66微克/克;电针组大白鼠丘脑中乙酰胆碱含量的平均值为2.966±0.37微克/克。电针组比对照组升高0.291微克/克,经统计学处理,t值=2.745,具有显著差异。说明电针刺大白鼠镇痛后,丘脑内乙酰胆碱含量增高。
1. The change of acetylcholine content in the thalamus of rats after electroacupuncture was determined. The method of determination was to determine the equivalent content of acetylcholine in the thalamic extract (micrograms/gram) using the rectus abdominis muscle method. 2. The mean value of acetylcholine in the thalamus of the control group was 2.675±0.66 μg/g; the mean value of acetylcholine in the thalamus of the electroacupuncture group was 2.966±0.37 μg/g. The electroacupuncture group was increased by 0.291 μg/g compared with the control group. Statistically, the t value was 2.745, which was significantly different. It shows that after electroacupuncture analgesia in rats, the content of acetylcholine in the thalamus increases.
