在地面上模拟微重力下流动沸腾换热规律的试验中,加热面布置形式是极其重要的一个环节,方向的不同就意味着地球重力场对流动沸腾换热作用的变化.在浮力对不同方向角下流动沸腾换热影响分析的基础上,提出了采用立式上升流和下降流来作为地面模拟微重力下流动沸腾试验的加热面布置形式,通过对这两种工况的比较研究可以典型地说明重力场对流动沸腾换热的影响.
In the experiment simulating the law of flow boiling heat transfer under the microgravity on the ground, the heating surface layout is an extremely important link. The different directions mean the change of the earth’s gravity field on the flow boiling heat transfer. Based on the analysis of the influence of buoyancy on the flow boiling heat transfer in different directions, the vertical ascending flow and the descending flow are proposed to be used as the heating surface arrangement for the flow boiling test under the simulated microgravity in the ground. The comparative study can typically illustrate the influence of gravity field on the flow boiling heat transfer.
