随着牙体保守治疗的兴起,粘接桥修复因牙体预备少、椅旁操作时间短、成本低廉等优点而广受医患的欢迎。近来的研究表明:2单位单端粘接桥可减小基牙间的应力,降低固位体的脱落率,从而获得较高的临床成功率,因而发展前景更加广泛。病例的选择、基牙固位型与固位体的设计、金属表面处理方法与粘接剂等都是影响单端粘接桥成败的关键因素。本文检索了Pubmed与中国知网数据库中的相关文章,就上述影响因素的研究现状作一综述,以供临床参考。
With the rise of conservative treatment of the tooth, adhesive bridge repair is widely welcomed by doctors and patients because of its advantages such as less teeth preparation, short chair operation time and low cost. Recent studies have shown that: 2 units of single-ended adhesive bridges can reduce the stress between the abutments, reducing the rate of retainer off, resulting in a higher clinical success rate, so the development prospects are more extensive. The choice of case, the design of abutment retention and retainer, the method of metal surface treatment and the adhesive are the key factors affecting the success or failure of single-ended bonded bridges. This article searched Pubmed and Chinese Knowledge Network database related articles, to review the status quo of the above factors for clinical reference.
