1.引言综合电源是导弹控制系统的特种供电装置,它为控制系统提供三相交流电压和正、负直流稳定电压,因此对它不但有电气参数的要求,而且还有可靠性要求。可靠性是指产品在规定的条件下和规定的时间内完成规定功能的能力。因此,提高综合电源的可靠性是非常重要的。而产品的可靠性又涉及到从设计、制造、使用的全过程,产品的固有可靠性主要取决于方案选择、元件选择、电路设计、结构设计、制造工艺等。因此我们只能从综合电源固有的特点,在提高综合电源可靠性方面进行探讨和分析。
1. INTRODUCTION The integrated power supply is a special power supply device for the missile control system. It provides three-phase AC voltage and positive and negative DC voltage to the control system. Therefore, it not only has the electrical parameters but also the reliability requirements. Reliability refers to the product under the conditions and within the prescribed time to complete the provisions of the ability. Therefore, it is very important to improve the reliability of the integrated power supply. The reliability of the product also involves the whole process of designing, manufacturing and using. The inherent reliability of the product mainly depends on the choice of the program, the choice of components, the circuit design, the structure design and the manufacturing process. Therefore, we can only from the inherent characteristics of integrated power supply, integrated power supply reliability in the study and analysis.
