目的 采用自制肝肿瘤微波治疗仪在超声导向下对肝组织进行微波辐射的实验研究和微波治疗肝癌的临床试用。方法 选择离体新鲜猪肝、健康动物 (猪、犬 )及 2例肝癌患者 ,在超声导向下对肝脏及肿瘤植入微波天线 ,以不同功率、不同时间作用于肝组织和肝肿瘤 ,解剖实验动物 ,观察声像变化规律。结果 离体肝及活体动物肝 ,在微波功率 2 0~ 70W ,作用时间 60~ 3 60s ,逐次搭配作用形成凝固性坏死灶 ,大小范围为 8mm× 5mm× 4mm~ 3 6mm× 2 9mm× 2 4mm ,形态呈椭球形。微波作用区中心温度 10 8℃ ,边缘温度 ( 5 0± 5 )℃。2例肝癌患者微波治疗获得成功。结论 微波辐射选用条件以 60W、180s为好 ,所形成的凝固区范围与国内外报道相似 ,证明自行研制的肝肿瘤微波治疗仪是成功的。 2例肝癌患者的微波治疗取得满意效果。
Objective To study the effect of ultrasound-guided microwave irradiation on hepatic tissue under the guidance of a homemade liver tumor microwave therapy instrument and the clinical trial of microwave therapy for liver cancer. Methods In vitro fresh pig liver, healthy animals (pig, dog) and 2 patients with liver cancer were selected. Microwave antennas were implanted into the liver and tumor under ultrasound guidance. Liver and liver tumors were treated with different power and time. Animals, observe the changes in the sound and video. RESULTS Liver and live animal livers were microwaved at a power of 20-70 W for 60-60 s, and successively collaborated to form coagulation necrosis lesions. The size range was 8mm×5mm×4mm~36mm×29mm×24mm. The shape is ellipsoidal. The center temperature of the microwave application zone is 10 8°C and the edge temperature is 50 ± 5 °C. Microwave treatment was successful in 2 patients with liver cancer. Conclusion The microwave irradiation conditions are preferably 60W and 180s, and the formed coagulation area is similar to that reported at home and abroad, which proves that the self-developed liver tumor microwave therapy instrument is successful. Microwave treatment of 2 patients with liver cancer achieved satisfactory results.
