目的:研究黄芩茎叶总黄酮不同剂量对小鼠肝、脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量的影响。方法:取昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为黄芩茎叶总黄酮3个剂量组(200、400、800mg.kg1);以蒸馏水为对照组,每组10只,灌胃给试药,每日一次,连续3周。3周后处死小鼠,快速取出肝、脑组织制成匀浆。用改良TBA法测匀浆中LPO含量,化学比色法测GSH-PX活性。结果:与对照组比较,各给药组均可增加GSH-PX的活性,明显降低LPO的含量。结论:TF有一定的抗氧化作用
Objective: To investigate the effects of different doses of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis on the activities of GSH-PX and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in liver and brain of mice. METHODS: Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups (200, 400, 800 mg.kg1) of total flavonoids in stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Distilled water was used as the control group, and 10 rats in each group were given intragastric administration of the test drug. Once a day, for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, the mice were sacrificed, and the liver and brain tissues were rapidly removed and homogenized. The content of LPO in the homogenate was measured by the modified TBA method, and the activity of GSH-PX was measured by chemical colorimetry. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the administration of GSH-PX could increase the activity of LPS and significantly reduce the content of LPO. Conclusion: TF has a certain antioxidant effect
