实验表明,七叶苷虽对体外培养的人肺腺癌细胞株A_(549)细胞的[3H]-TdR及[3H]-UR参入无明显作用,但能够显著地抑制其[3H]-Leu参入,因而表明:七叶苷能在蛋白质翻译水平上抑制A549细胞的生长。此外,本文结果表明七叶苷能够抑制A549细胞脂加氧酶的表达,同时,七叶苷还能够直接抑制该细胞脂加氧酶的活性,七叶苷正是通过抑制脂加氧酶的合成表达及抑制脂加氧酶的活性这两方面的作用,降低脂加氧酶产物的生成量,从而发挥抗炎平喘的作用。
