本文用16Mn钢和921钢研究了均匀变形阶段的应变强化指数与屈强比之间的关系,得出关系式σ_s/σ_b=[ε_s·e/n]~n并根据实验结果和前人发表的结果证明这一关系式对于低、中、高强度钢及其不同热处理状态均是适用的,从而简化了测定应变强化指数的实验工作和计算手续,为钢材成型性能和裂纹扩展物理过程分析以及建立裂纹顶端塑性变形物理过程与宏观断裂韧性之间的关系创造了方便条件.
