在生产中,铝件的铣削是其主要的高速机械加工工序。在没有高速机床的情况下,使用较大的切削深度和进给量也是提高生产率的重要因素。为达到上述目的,切削刀具就要有合理的几何参数,以保证铝合金的高速端面铣削与试验。目前的铝件生产中,尚存在着使用切削钢材用的刀具,导致了产量低、质量差的落后局面;未经淬火的铝件因软而粘刀显得更为突出。为了改变落后局面和提高生产率,应该使用适合铝材特点的刀具,简称铝件刀具。铝材硬度低,刀具单位切削刃上的切削力较小,这就提供了使用大前角的可能性。铝材
