[方法]通过田间试验和添加回收率试验,借助气相色谱检测技术(GC/ECD),研究并建立水稻田水、稻田土壤和水稻植株中茚虫威残留的测定方法,并在此基础上检测茚虫威在水稻田中的消解动态。[结果]当茚虫威的添加质量分数在0.01~0.50 mg/kg时,茚虫威在水稻田水、水稻田土壤、水稻植株、水稻稻杆、稻谷谷壳和稻谷糙米中的平均添加回收率为74.55%~99.95%,相对标准偏差为1.57%~8.97%;茚虫威在稻田水中的半衰期为2.81~3.17 d,平均值为2.97 d,在水稻田土壤中则为7.48~9.92 d,平均值为8.61 d,在水稻植株中则为6.42~7.57 d,平均值为6.79 d。[结论]茚虫威在水稻田中属易降解农药,可以较好地保障生产的安全。
[Method] The determination methods of indoxacarb residues in paddy field, paddy soil and rice plants were studied and established by gas chromatography (GC / ECD) through field experiments and additive recovery tests. [Conclusion] Indoxacarb was an easily degradable pesticide in paddy field, which could well guarantee the safety of production.
