针对西霞院水电站水轮机组原主轴密封供水装置存在的问题,从管路布置、逻辑控制等方面介绍了主轴密封三项改造的基本原理、措施及效果。一年多的实践表明,改造后主轴密封未发生异常,供水系统水压稳定,提高了水轮机组运行的可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of the original main shaft seal water supply device of Xixiayuan Hydropower Station, the basic principle, measure and effect of the three transformations of main shaft seal are introduced from the aspect of pipe layout and logic control. More than a year of practice shows that after the transformation of the spindle seal without exception, water supply system, water pressure stability and improve the reliability of turbine operation.
