目的 探讨多焦视网膜电图 (multifocal electroretinography,MERG)对视网膜脱离 (retinadetachment,RD)的视功能客观评价意义。 方法 应用 VERIS4.0视诱发反应图像系统检测 2 1例 RD患者的 2 2只患眼和 36例正常人的 42只眼的 MERG。测试野的水平视角为± 2 6 .6°,垂直视角为± 2 2 .1°,采用Burian- Allen接触镜电极 ,在 8min(分 16段 )记录 10 3个视网膜部位的反应。 结果 RD眼于 4个象限、黄斑区和黄斑外区 MERG a波、b波潜伏期及 b波振幅密度、振幅之和均明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;脱离区、非脱离区和正常眼的 MERG b波振幅密度分别为 (3.44± 2 .85 )、(6 .34± 3.31)、(2 1.32± 6 .48)n V/ deg2 ,三者之间的差异均有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 多焦 ERG能客观定量评价 RD的黄斑部、后极部的脱离区和非脱离区的视功能。
Objective To investigate the objective evaluation of retinal detachment (RD) by multifocal electroretinography (MERG). Methods MERG of 22 eyes of 21 patients with RD and 42 eyes of 36 normal subjects were detected by VERIS 4.0 visual evoked response imaging system. The horizontal viewing angle of the test field was ± 26.6 ° and the vertical viewing angle was ± 2 2 .1 °. The Burns-Allen contact lens electrode was used to record 103 retinal responses over a period of 8 minutes (16 segments). Results In the four quadrants, RD of MERG a wave, b wave latency, b wave amplitude density and amplitudes in macular and macular areas were significantly lower than those in normal control group (P <0.01) The amplitude of MERG b-wave amplitude was (3.44 ± 2.85), (6.34 ± 3.31) and (2 1.32 ± 6.48) nV / deg2 respectively in the deviated and normal eyes Very significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Multifocal ERG can objectively and quantitatively evaluate the visual function of the detachment area and the non-detachment area of the macular and posterior pole parts of RD.
