目的 :了解牙骨质基质提取物能否促进牙龈成纤维细胞在金属钛表面的粘附与移行 ,以改善种植体的龈界面。方法 :选用表面光滑的金属钛片作为细胞粘附的底物 ,检测各时间点牙骨质基质提取物对牙龈成纤维细胞在钛片上贴壁率的影响 ,并着运用图象分析法分析 1、3、6天钛片周围牙龈成纤维细胞的粘附指数和 3、6天钛片周围牙龈成纤维细胞的移行指数。结果 :随牙骨质基质提取物作用时间的延长牙龈成纤维细胞的贴壁率不断上升 ,且牙骨质基质提取物无论是牙龈成纤维细胞在钛片周围的粘附指数还是移行指数均明显高于对照组。结论 :牙骨基质提取物可作为种植体表面的生物涂层材料以在种植体周围获得良好的牙龈封闭。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether the cementum matrix extract can promote the adhesion and migration of gingival fibroblasts on the titanium surface to improve the gingival interface of implants. Methods: The titanium alloy with smooth surface was used as the substrate for cell adhesion. The effect of the cementum matrix extract on the attachment rate of the gingival fibroblasts on the titanium plate was examined at each time point, and then analyzed by image analysis , Adhesion index of gingival fibroblasts around 3 and 6-day titanium plates, and migration index of gingival fibroblasts around 3 and 6-day titanium plates. RESULTS: The attachment rate of gingival fibroblasts increased with the prolongation of the time of extraction of cementum matrix, and both the adhesion index and migration index of cementum fibroin around the titanium plate were significant Higher than the control group. Conclusion: The bone matrix extract can be used as a bio-coating material on the implant surface to achieve good gingival closure around the implant.
