苏州轨道交通2号线太平车辆段超长上盖箱形转换结构为超长混凝土结构,采用ABAQUS软件计算分析结构的温度作用,通过对升温、降温,恒载+活载+升温、恒载+活载+降温,预应力+恒载+活载+升温、预应力+恒载+活载+降温6种荷载工况进行温度应力计算,主要分析了结构构件的损伤程度、钢筋最大应力,楼板最大裂缝等,并对比分析了施加预应力的作用效果,最终达到有效控制梁板应力的目的。
The superstructure of Suzhou Metro Line 2 Taiping Depot is a super-long concrete box structure. The temperature is calculated and analyzed by ABAQUS software. Through the analysis of temperature, cooling, constant load + live load + Live load + temperature reduction, prestress + dead load + live load + temperature rise, prestress + dead load + live load + temperature drop. The stress analysis of the six kinds of load conditions mainly includes the degree of damage of the structural members, the maximum stress of reinforcement, The maximum cracks and so on, and compares and analyzes the effect of applying prestress, finally achieving the purpose of effectively controlling the stress of the slab.
