随着农电一体化管理的逐步落实到位,县级供电企业的企业文化建设也逐渐从增强自觉性过渡到提升规范性。但值得注意的是,县级供电企业在企业文化规范化建设中,文化创新略显滞后。在中电联2014年度评选出的电力行业企业文化优秀成果中,获奖的县级供电企业比例不足百分之三,提交材料申报的县级供电企业较前几年也在减少。这说明当前县级供电企业的文化创新遇到瓶颈,面对规范化的压力,基层企业文化建设的创新空
With the gradual implementation of the integration management of agricultural power, the construction of the enterprise culture of the county-level power supply enterprises has gradually shifted from strengthening consciousness to improving the standardization. However, it is worth noting that the county-level power supply companies have lagging behind in the cultural standardization of corporate culture. In the outstanding results of the electric power industry corporate culture selected by the China United Electric Corporation in 2014, the proportion of county-level power supply companies that have won awards is less than 3%, and the county-level power supply companies that submitted the submitted materials have also decreased compared with previous years. This shows that the current county-level power supply companies have encountered bottlenecks in their cultural innovation, facing the pressure of standardization, and the innovation of grassroots corporate culture construction.
