磺胺甲基异(口恶)唑(SMZ)是一种应用较广的磺胺类药物,主要用于脑膜炎球菌、肺炎球菌、溶血性链球菌及某些革兰氏阴性杆菌引起的感染。其含量测定方法报道较多,如重氮化法、TLC—紫外分光光度法、荧光光度法、高效液相色谱法、核磁共振波谱法及银离子选择电极法等。本文以磺胺甲基异(口恶)唑——十六烷基三辛基铵为活性物质,研制成磺胺甲基异(口恶)唑流通型传感器,以该传感器作为流动注射分析电化学检测器,用于SMZ 原料药及其制剂的含量监测,并对测定条件及其影响因素进行了探讨。当载流流速为3.5ml/min,进样量为400μl 时,其线性响应范围为5×10~(-5)~10~(-2)mol/L,pH 适用范围
