本文总结了自动电磁配铁秤的研制过程,分析研究了自动慢放料的全过程,通过对比实验以及对大量实验数据和曲线的分析整理,找到了提高自动配料精度和速度的有效方法(如高压吸料、二级放料等)以及排除生产现场各种“干扰”的措施。本文介绍了实验方法,并对影响自动配料精度和速度的主要工艺因素作了探讨和分析,从而为进一步研制自动电磁配铁秤定型产品提供一定理论和实验的依据。
This article summarizes the development process of automatic electromagnetic iron scale, analyzes and studies the whole process of automatic slow release, through the comparative experiment and analysis of a large number of experimental data and curves to find an effective way to improve the precision and speed of automatic ingredients (such as High-pressure suction, two discharge, etc.) and eliminate the production site a variety of “interference” measures. In this paper, the experimental methods are introduced, and the main technological factors affecting the accuracy and speed of automatic batching are discussed and analyzed, so as to provide some theoretical and experimental basis for the further development of automated electromagnetic iron scale products.
