优良广亲和系的选育是直接利用籼粳杂种优势的关键,迄今国内外已筛选和选育了几十个广亲和材料,但能直接利用的为数不多。02428、轮回422和CP-SLO_(17)是被认为具有较大利用潜力的广亲和系,其亲和力、株叶型及主要经济性状都较好,目前许多育种单位在广亲和系选育中都利用这几个广亲和系作骨干亲本。为了提高选择的可靠性,本文特对上述3个广亲和系的广亲和基因在杂种各世代的遗传特点及其与选择的关系作一初步探讨,以期为育种工作提供参考依据。
