一、实验 1.装置 原子吸光分析装置,使用的是日立170-50型原子吸光分光光度计,日立GA-2型石墨原子化器。所得的吸收信号的记录按前已报导的方法,通过A/D变换器输入电子计算机。仪器的测定条件如下表。为了把银和铜的原子化时差增大,石墨炉通过调节器,慢慢地进行加热。光源是在通常的空阴极灯和背景校正用氘灯的位置上,装置银和铜的空心阴极灯,同位相点灯,使通过石墨炉的光用通常的一个分光器及检出器接收。
First, the experiment 1. Apparatus Atomic absorption spectrometer, using the Hitachi 170-50 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Hitachi GA-2-type graphite atomizer.
