第七次全国人口普查开展后,在重庆市中梁山街道半山一村社区天顺家园,有一位“特殊”普查员,入职不久的“95”后年轻人,虽然坐着轮椅,依然坚守在人口普查工作一线,她就是重庆市九龙坡区半山一村社区干部黄姝涵.rn始于热爱源于责任rn“七人普意义重大,参与其中意义非凡,我热爱这项工作”.黄姝涵常把这句话挂在嘴边.rn中梁山街道半山一村社区属于拆迁区,面积大、范围广、人口多、流动性强,27个普查小区、106栋建筑物、4473户、10360人,完成如此繁重的普查工作任务其困难可想而知.黄姝涵主要负责普查兼指导两个普查小区、600多人的普查登记工作.
