目的 探索妊娠不同时期人胎盘绒毛细胞连接蛋白基因表达的规律及其与细胞分化的关系。 方法 采用多种细胞连接蛋白基因 c DNA探针 ,通过 Northern印迹法 ,研究了不同妊娠时期胎盘绒毛细胞内 Cx基因的表达状态。 结果 1.Cx基因表达有器官特异性 ,绒毛细胞中 Cx43、Cx32及 Cx40表达 ,而 Cx31.1、Cx33、Cx37、Cx46不表达 ;2 .在不同发育阶段的胎盘绒毛中 ,Cx43、Cx32、Cx40的表达水平与周龄呈各自特点的曲线关系 ;3.Cx基因的表达与绒毛细胞的分化及绒毛的形成过程基本一致。 结论 某些 Cx基因在调节绒毛细胞分化、增殖与胎盘形态发生过程中可能起重要作用
Objective To explore the expression of human placenta villus connexin gene in different stages of pregnancy and its relationship with cell differentiation. Methods The expression of Cx gene in placental villi cells during pregnancy was studied by Northern blotting with various c-DNA probes of cell-associated protein gene. Cx43, Cx32 and Cx40 expression in villus cells, but not in Cx31.1, Cx33, Cx37 and Cx46; 2.Cx43, Cx32, Cx40 in placental villi at different developmental stages The expression of CXC was related to the curve of the age at each age. 3. The expression of CX gene was basically the same as the differentiation of chorionic villi and the formation of chorionic villi. Conclusion Some Cx genes may play an important role in the regulation of villus cell differentiation, proliferation and placental morphogenesis
