精细化工过程工艺复杂、操作繁琐,对操作人员的操作技能要求高,但用实际生产装置培训操作人员受到很多限制,需要开发仿真操作培训系统来培训操作人员。而现有的仿真培训系统开发方法不易做到模块化、通用化,开发不方便,因此需要研究新的更高效的仿真系统开发方法。使用通用监控和数据采集组态软件(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition,简称SCADA)作为图形用户界面开发平台,综合应用机理建模法和动态补偿建模法建立过程动态模型,提出了一种新的基于通用监控和数据采集组态软件(SCADA)过程仿真系统开发模式。通过设计一种动态链接库函数,经过组态软件的数据库把动态模型计算程序和图形用户界面相连,成功地实现了过程仿真培训系统的集成,开发了一种SCADA模式精细化工生产过程仿真培训系统,其组成更加模块化,开发方法更加通用化,更易开发。一套精细化工生产装置的仿真培训实践表明,该仿真培训系统操作运行效果生动逼真,能较好地满足生产操作培训需要,改善了操作培训效果,提高了操作培训效率。

By designing a kind of dynamic link library function and connecting the dynamic model calculation program with GUI through the database of configuration software, the integration of process simulation training system was successfully realized. A SCADA simulation training system of fine chemical production process was developed , Its composition is more modular, more universal development methods, easier to develop. The simulation training practice of a set of fine chemical production plant shows that the simulation training system has vivid and vivid operation and operation effects, can better meet the training needs of production operation, improves the operation training effect and improves the operation training efficiency.
