为研究铬 (Cr)对大鼠体重的影响及其与瘦素和胰岛素的关系 ,将 80只大鼠按体重随机分为 8组 ,分别为基础饲料对照组、3个基础饲料实验组 [葡萄糖酸铬 ,相当于每天摄入 Cr( ) 1、2和 3mg/ kg BW]、高脂饲料对照组、3个高脂饲料实验组 (铬含量同上 )。每周称重 1次 ,并于第 8周末断头取血 ,用放射免疫法分别检测血清中的瘦素及胰岛素 ,同时称取大鼠的肝、脾、肾和睾丸 ,计算脏 /体比值。结果显示 ,高脂饲料组与基础饲料组相比 ,大鼠体重显著增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,胰岛素和瘦素水平显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而无论是基础饲料组还是高脂饲料组 ,随着铬剂量的增加 ,胰岛素和瘦素水平均显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。揭示铬对大鼠体重影响不大 ,但可降低胰岛素和瘦素水平
