研究设计了一种以超级电容为能量存储单元的双向逆变电源来满足飞轮大力矩输出过程中瞬时大功率供电需求。在飞轮反向制动过程中,该电源还具有快速回收能量功能。实验结果表明该方案不仅可以使常规飞轮实现短时间大力矩输出功能,满足卫星快速机动要求,还可以有效抑制飞轮高速反向制动时泵升电压对星上电源母线输出端干扰。
A bi-directional inverter with supercapacitor as energy storage unit was designed to meet the requirement of instantaneous high-power supply in flywheel large torque output. In the flywheel reverse braking process, the power also has a quick recovery of energy function. The experimental results show that this scheme can not only make the conventional flywheel achieve short-time high-torque output function, meet the requirement of fast maneuvering of satellite, but also effectively restrain the interference of pump-up voltage on the output of the power bus on the star when the flywheel is rotating in reverse speed.
