认为图书馆作为非赢利性组织,虽然不存在竞争,但存在相对服务优势;在论述图书馆服务优势的外生论和内生论的基础上,提出图书馆的服务优势源于图书馆的知识,特别是隐性知识;在此基础上提出确立服务优势的具体实施策略,包括建立图书馆知识平台,让图书馆成为学习型组织,让知识参与分配以及构建图书馆知识管理体系等。
Considering that library as a non-profit organization, although there is no competition, there is relative advantage in service. On the basis of exogenous and endogenous theories on advantages of library service, it is proposed that library service advantages come from the knowledge of library , Especially tacit knowledge. On this basis, we put forward the concrete implementation strategy of establishing the service advantage, including establishing the knowledge platform of the library, making the library a learning organization, letting the knowledge participate in the distribution and constructing the library knowledge management system.
