DWL-48捣稳定车采用合金钢车轴,按照铁标进行轮对试制组装,但组装过程连续出现压力曲线不合格,退卸车轮发现车轮车轴严重拉伤,导致车轮车轴报废。通过对车轮车轴加工质量,注油孔的位置,高压油泵液压油等进行了检查分析,提出了改进意见,并将过盈量控制在0.17~0.28 mm之间,注油油压应在90~150 MPa范围内,注油压装工艺成功应用于DWL-48捣稳定车合金钢车轴轮对组装。
