为探讨锁孔(微骨孔)技术治疗颅脑深部肿瘤和动脉瘤的经验,回顾性总结采用锁孔技术显微手术治疗439例颅内深部肿瘤和78例动脉瘤。颅内深部肿瘤(脑桥小脑角及小脑肿瘤,岩斜区肿瘤、颅前窝脑膜瘤、鞍区肿瘤、镰旁和镰幕区脑膜瘤)经锁孔(微骨孔)技术切除,以及在导航指引下锁孔-显微手术切除脑内深部胶质瘤。结果表明,517例手术中死亡2例(占0.4%),在439例颅脑肿瘤中全切肿瘤396例(占90.2%),次全切除22例,大部切除21例。结论:锁孔(微骨孔)技术是治疗颅内深部肿瘤和动脉瘤的良好方法,具有损伤少、恢复快等优点。
In order to explore the experience of key hole (micro-bone hole) technique in the treatment of deep brain tumors and aneurysms, 439 cases of deep intracranial tumors and 78 cases of aneurysms were retrospectively treated with keyhole technique. Deep intracranial tumors (cerebellopontine angle and cerebellar tumors, petroclival tumors, anterior cranial fossa meningioma, sella region tumors, falx and sickle-zone meningiomas) were resected with keyhole technique (micro-osteotomy) Under the guidance of keyhole - microsurgical removal of deep brain gliomas. The results showed that there were 2 deaths (0.4%) in 517 cases and 396 cases (90.2%) in 439 cases of craniocerebral tumors. Subtotal resection was performed in 22 cases and in majority in 21 cases. Conclusion: The keyhole technique is a good method for the treatment of deep intracranial tumors and aneurysms with less damage and faster recovery.
