本文调查了粤黄鸡两个选育方向和交配方式均不同的品系的血液淀粉酶(Amy-1)各世代的分布情况,并以不同Amy-1类型的粤黄鸡作了交配试验。发现两个品系各世代都始终保持Amy-1分布不平衡状态,这种分布不平衡可能由各种Amy-1基因型生活力不同引起;另外,人工选择也可能造成Amy-1基因频率的改变。交配方式是否对Amy-1基因频率的改变起作用值得进一步研究。
This paper investigated the distribution of Amy-1 in two strains of Guangdong yellow chicken with different breeding directions and mating methods, and crossed with different Amy-1 types of Guangdong yellow chickens. It was found that the Amy-1 distribution was always unbalanced in all generations of the two lines, which might be caused by the different viability of Amy-1 genotypes. In addition, artificial selection may also cause changes in the Amy-1 gene frequency . Whether the mode of mating plays a role in the change of the Amy-1 gene value is worth further study.
