目的了解洛阳市某新型工艺木炭生产车间整改前后存在的职业病危害现状,为改进生产工艺提供依据。方法整改前后对该工艺木炭生产车间进行职业病危害因素检测和职业卫生现场调查,依据国家法规和标准进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、毒物、噪声等。整改后,工作场所中粉尘、CO2、NO2、SO2的浓度和噪声40 h等效声级均符合职业接触限值的要求,CO浓度由整改前的43.4~56.1 mg/m3降为整改后的2.0~2.9 mg/m3。结论整改后项目的职业病危害现状达到了国家相关要求。
Objective To understand the current status of occupational diseases in Luoyang City before and after the rectification of a new type of process charcoal production workshop and provide the basis for improving the production technology. Methods Before and after the rectification process, occupational hazards and occupational health tests were conducted on the charcoal production workshop in the process and evaluated according to national regulations and standards. Results The main occupational hazards that exist in the production process are dust, poison, noise and so on. After the rectification, the concentrations of dust, CO2, NO2 and SO2 in the workplace and the 40-h equivalent sound level all met the occupational exposure limits. The CO concentration was reduced from 43.4-56.1 mg / m3 before rectification to 2.0 after rectification ~ 2.9 mg / m3. Conclusion After the rectification project occupational disease status quo has reached the relevant national requirements.
