近年来,随着英语专业毕业生就业进入“瓶颈”,社会各界对外语专业“复合型人才”培养模式的呼声越来越高,作为高校教育体系重要环节之一的第二课堂校园文化活动对外语专业“复合型”人才的培养也起到了不可忽视的作用,它以其自身的灵活性、趣味性和丰富性给“复合型”的人才培养体系作了重要补充,能够发挥课堂教学难以起到的作用。那么如何围绕“复合型”人才培养展开校园文化活动呢?本文将从当代社会外语专业复合型人才的时代内涵、高校外语专业校园文化活动特点、当前现状和问题以及笔者所在学院第二课堂文化活动的实践经验来分别加以阐述。
