通过分析杜仲生长情况和市场前景，论述了山东省发展杜仲的可行性。认为山东省东部沿海和鲁中南山区海拔５００ｍ以下的地带适宜栽埴杜仲，并提出了适当发展规模的建议。
By analyzing the growth and market prospects of Eucommia, the feasibility of developing Eucommia ulmoides in Shandong Province was discussed. It is considered that the area along the east coast of Shandong Province and the mountainous area of Luzhongnan mountainous area is suitable for planting Eucommia ulmoides and its suitable scale of development.
